drinking a cup of herbal tea

listening to voices
from the other room
and music on the radio

inspired
comfortable
warm
cozy

It's raining...

running like a river down gutters
splatting on the pavement
knocking on the rooftop
beating on the hard soil

The forecast predicts rain all night long...

RAIN

mud making
flood causing
life deciding

rain

DAMP rain
SOAKING rain
CHILLING rain

SPRING rain

With all that said,
it just makes being in here
enjoying this creative time
all the more pleasant


Who would bother venturing out in it at 8:30 PM
